Why did I get a weird email by some ticketing system (Zammad)

Sorry for the inconvenience: At the night between June 18 and June 19, 2022, we switched from manual emailing to a semi-automated helpdesk system (Zammad, open source). At the point of importing all previous conversations, the new system accidentally sent out emails to everybody. This also includes people with finished issues.
We manually closed your ticket. In case this is not valid and we did not properly react to your concern, please just let us know.
