Tracking and emailing of retours

When doing retours with DHL, unfortunately the whole process is a bit cumbersome.

1) Only (!) the client gets a mail about the detailed instructions and/or a shipment number
2)  Anabrid employees only get an information that a new retour was created. They can manually lookup in the DHL portal about the currently running retours. This allows to extract DHL tracking numbers, but there is no direct link.
